I Blame Candy Crush
You might have noticed I’ve been a little quiet as of late. I haven’t published anything since July and it’s getting a bit dire. Sorry. It’s not from a lack of wanting to, trust me.
I could blame Candy Crush, I didn’t get up to level 122 by not playing it constantly. However, the truth is, I’ve been super busy with different projects which means my writing time has been severely diminished.
The good news is that I have almost finished A Hairy Tail 4. It’s turned out to be longer than I expected (longer than any of the preceding three) which has added to the delay. The last instalment in the series is my priority at the moment. I don’t want people who have read number 3 to think that’s all there is. Seriously, there is a final instalment and I promise you it’s on its way. Don’t hurt me!

Besides my alien series from last week’s post, I’m also working on three other books. They are about 1/3 done and I’m looking forward to finishing them soon. One is a stand-alone NA Romance, another is the third book in a series, and the last is the first book in a series. Each of them is very different which is kind of cool.
I’m also dying to write a short story for Halloween. Something really spooky and scary. I’ve got a few weeks, I just might make that deadline. But I’m not holding my breath, it might be ready for next Halloween!
